FAQ : FEP European Professional Photographer of the Year Awards 2011

There are six categories in the competition: WEDDING; COMMERCIAL; PORTRAIT;

Q: Can I enter a category by uploading 2 or more sets of pictures in the same category?

A: No, this is not allowed. You may enter only one set (3 pictures) per category.

RULE: There are also two special sections: INTERNATIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS (for non- European
professional photographers), and YOUNG PHOTOGRAPHERS & STUDENTS open to the students of
recognized schools of photography and to photographers and assistants under 25 year of age.

Q: Can I enter a special section by uploading 2 or more sets of pictures?

Q: If I don't live in Europe, and I'm a student of photography or a young assistant, can I enter the young photographers section?

A: No, if you don't live in Europe, you can enter only the international section, and you
need to be a professional photographer.

RULE: Images must not have entered other FEP Competitions. Images must not have received
prices in other international competitions.

Q.: Can I send photos that have previously participated in national qualifications ?

A.: Sure, they are not competitions nor international.

Q.: May I send photos of QEP or MQEP awarded panels, of this year or previous years?

A: Yes, but photos must be taken within the last two years.

Q.: May I send photos which were inside the photo-book with whom I participated in the FEP European Photo Book of the Year competition?

A: Yes, it' s possible.

RULE: Entrants are required to pay the entry fee through Paypal (a safe system for credit cards).

Q: If I don't have a credit card, how can I pay?

A: you can send a bank transfer to the FEP. Please specify "competition entry fee"
